Last week I made a new addition to the family. We acquired a Toyota FJ40. This will be a fun FJ40 to work on and then let LJ use as her first car.

It already has a well done Chevy V8 conversion that includes a 2 speed overdrive transmission. I was able to start it and drive it onto the trailer, however, it only seemed to be running on 6 cylinders.

I guess I need to move the FJ60 project to the back burner and spend some time going through this new treasure. I look forward to adding a soft top for summer fun. As soon as I get it home I’ll post a lot more photos.
