Call me a nuts if you want but I have purchased another trailer. The trailer is a M101A2 military trailer with a 3/4 tonne capacity.

M101A2 from the front
The trailer is in fantastic shape and came with sides and a cover. The trailer is outfitted with a surge brake which will be a great asset when towing larger loads with the FJ. Also included are parking brakes and a rear support.

M101A2 from the back
If I need to use this trailer off road it has fantastic clearance with good break over angles. The trailer came with 24v lighting which was an easy conversion with a simple bulb replacement. I did need to convert the hookup to a standard 4 pin flat connector.

I will still continue to use my M416 as my main adventure travel camping trailer. The great thing is now that I have this new trailer I can really go after the M416 with camping specific modifications. Look for more on the M416 as one of my winter projects.
